- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Combine graham crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
- Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.

1 1/2 pounds 80% lean ground beef chuck
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 8 thin slices cheddar cheese (optional)
- 4 soft sesame buns, split
- Bibb lettuce and sliced tomato, for topping
Directions
- Sprinkle the ground beef evenly with 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl.
- Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then lightly press into 4-inch-wide, 1-inch-thick patties.
- Make a 2-inch-wide indentation in the center of each with your thumb to prevent the burgers from bulging when grilled.
- Preheat a grill to high. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Grill, undisturbed, until marked on the bottom, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Turn and grill until the other side is marked and the patties feel firm, 3 to 5 more minutes; if desired, top each burger with 2 slices cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking and cover with a disposable aluminum pan to melt.
- Serve the patties on the buns; top with lettuce and tomato.

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
Directions
- Heat oven to 375ºF.
- Mix sugars, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.

- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) red kidney beans, undrained
Directions
- Peel and chop the onion to measure 1 cup. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, cook the beef, onion and garlic over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked. Place a strainer or colander in the sink; line with a double thickness of paper towels. Pour the beef mixture into the strainer to drain. Return beef mixture to saucepan; discard paper towels and any juices in the bowl.
- Into the beef, stir the chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper sauce and tomatoes with their liquid.
- Heat the mixture to boiling over high heat. Once mixture is boiling, reduce heat just enough so mixture bubbles gently. Cover with lid; cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the beans with their liquid. Heat to boiling over high heat. Once mixture is boiling, reduce heat just enough so mixture bubbles gently. Cook uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired thickness.

- 1 box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
Filling
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

- Heat oven to 425°F. Make pie crusts as directed on box for Two-Crust Pie using 9-inch glass pie pan.
- In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.
- Stir in chicken and mixed vegetables. Remove from heat. Spoon chicken mixture into crust-lined pan. Top with second crust; seal edge and flute. Cut slits in several places in top crust.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown. During last 15 to 20 minutes of baking, cover crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 sections (1/2 oz. each) HERSHEY'S Unsweetened Chocolate Baking Bar, melted
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING (recipe follows)

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line muffin cups (2-1/2 inches in diameter) with paper bake cups.
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat with whisk or spoon until batter is smooth. Blend in melted chocolate. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cupcakes comes out clean. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost cupcakes with CHOCOLATE FROSTING. 12 cupcakes.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Beat butter in small bowl. Add powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla. About 1 cup frosting.

- 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 pinch paprika
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in enough flour to make a roux. Add milk to roux slowly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in large casserole dish, and pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.
- Melt butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch square pan. In 1-quart saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.
- In medium bowl, beat sugar, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on high speed 5 minutes. Beat in chocolate mixture on low speed. Beat in flour just until blended. Stir in walnuts. Spread in pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or just until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on cooling rack. For brownies, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

12 Oz. shredded mozzerella cheese (about three cups)
3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese

1 jar Prego® Three Cheese Italian Sauce
12 lasagna noodle, cooked and drained

Stir the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and eggs in a medium bowl and set it aside
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook the beef until it's well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat. Stir the sauce in the saucepan.
Spoon 1 cup meat mixture in each of two 2-quart shallow baking dishes. Top each with 2 lasagna noodles and about 1 1/4 cups cheese mixture. Repeat the layers. Top with the remaining 2 lasagna noodles, remaining meat mixture and the Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or it's until hot and bubbling. Let stand for 10 minutes.

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup ketchup

- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients; mix well. Press mixture in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
- Remove meatloaf from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over top. Return to oven; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F. and beef is thoroughly cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
